The content on this site is general information about our services. Scenarios described as "Example scenario" are illustrations, not results achieved for any client. You must not misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to access the admin area.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract. We review every application and may decline to work with any business, including where we already work with an installer in your area.
Our services
If we work together, a separate written agreement will set out the services, fees, the pilot period and notice terms. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not refundable by us. We do not guarantee sales or installs; any guarantee we offer will be set out in writing in your agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
